This fabulous dress comes in a pretty powder blue and has frills galore.

The outfit is made from Spandex, which allows the costume to stand fuller, unlike its satin counterparts, and shows off the skirts and frills to full effect.

The one-piece dress offers a large white heart with blue frilled detail and attached blue bow to the chest, puffed sleeves, a fitted chest & waist, a full flared skirt with double layers flounces, and a detachable white apron with bows & pockets.
