RETURNS
All orders (subject to our returns policy) can be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase, excluding electrical items, which can be returned up to 14 days.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on chastity cages, lingerie and toys if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

CANCELLATIONS
Can I amend my order?
Delivery Address:
You can change your shipping address within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please contact customer services who will be able to do this.
Any other amendments?
Please contact customer services within 30 minutes for any amendments to quantity, size or colour of the item that you have ordered. Our customer service team will aim to make these amendments for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact customer services within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will aim to cancel it for you. After 30 minutes, customer services will not be able to cancel the order. Please note: we take payment as soon as you place your order so you might be charged. Once you've cancelled, the money will be refunded to you, this should be within the day, however it can take up to five working days.
If we do not manage to cancel your order and it is dispatched, you do have 14 days to return the item for a full refund (not including postage), all products must be complete and all seals must be in intact.
I've cancelled my order but not received an email confirmation, what do I do?
We may be dealing with a high volume of customer requests - please allow a little time for the confirmation email to come through, if the order is dispatched, you have 14 days to return the item, all products must be complete and all seals must be intact.
ISSUES WITH MY ORDER
The item I have received is broken or damaged, what do I do?
We're really sorry about that. Damaged or faulty items require all parts to be returned to us, along with their original packaging and a note with the order number, name and address of purchaser - please contact customer services to arrange to return the item. Our Returns Team work hard to deal with all faulty goods and will be in contact once all checks have been completed.
Why is an item missing from my order?
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may have to send some items separately, all deliveries are made by Royal Mail.
If any items are missing and we have not contacted you to let you know an item has been delayed, please contact our customer services team and they will be happy to resolve the issue.
